Fees of £9.00 per session for unfunded children are payable a term in advance,  although instalments can be made upon prior arrangement. Fees continue to be payable if a child is absent without notice or for a short time. In cases of prolonged absence, parents should consult the Management Committee about fee payment. Each child's attendance at the group is conditional upon continued payment of any necessary fees.

Half a term’s notice in writing is required in the event of a child having to leave. Fees will be payable during the notice period, whether or not the child attends.
